The Updated InsBOSS Discipline Management Guidelines course equips all IBFMs with a clear understanding of the organization’s revised discipline management framework. Learners will explore the InsBOSS Foundation, organizational values and principles, and the updated ladderized disciplinary approach, including infraction classifications, disciplinary progression, stakeholder roles, and escalation procedures.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to understand workplace expectations and apply the updated Discipline Management Guidelines in common workplace situations.
